How journalists in Myanmar fight against the repression

After the coup in Myanmar in February 2021, the junta took increasingly violent action against journalists. From my own work in Myanmar in 2016 and 2020, I knew several media workers. I contacted some of them for the NZZ and asked them about their difficult situation and their fight against the repression and for freedom of the press. This resulted in a feature article and a seven-minute documentary video in collaboration with Conradin Zellweger.
